Class Descriptions and Prices
This studio is a creation from the wellspring of joy that I feel as I share yoga with you. In essence it is yours! My hope is that all feel welcome at Mudita Yoga, that it is a place for you to come home and experience yourself. The studio is beautiful, open and warm. Our classes will have you move and sweat, open and lengthen, chill and relax, harmonize and tone, connect and uncover your essence.

First time to the studio
Attend any one of these classes for your first time free - Stability Flexibility and Balance, The Essentials or Saturday Night Special.
Attend any other regularly scheduled class for your first time and receive $10 off your first purchase of a 10 class or 20 class card.
Restore: combines a deeply nourishing environment of stillness with postures to encourage a natural process of healing. Join us to breathe deeply, move gently, rejuvenate and relax. Beautiful compliment to an active lifestyle.

Flexibility/Strength/Balance: This practice provides a well rounded approach to maintaining health in the body working on strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, coordination and the ability to focus. These classes will focus on poses that allow flexibility through stability, strength with length, and balance with ease. Your hips will open, thighs will stretch, and hamstrings will lengthen. Come away feeling in balance and energized. All levels. 75 min.
Stretch and Flow: The quite pace of this class allows you to go deep into each posture – finding a place of effort without tension. Your body will open in ways you never thought possible as you dissolve into this serene practice. With Cynthia a bit more flow; with Melinda a bit more strengthening. All levels. 90 min.
Power Vinyasa: Beginning with the ancient practice of Sun Salutations, the practice will use the heat to move further into the body with progressively more intense poses. The essence of Vinyasa is to bring you from where you are right now to where you want to get to, one movement into the next with breath. This practice is active and meant to quiet your mind as you detoxify the body and allow energy to flow freely. Emphasizing safety and alignment, modifications will be offered so that everyone can work at their own pace to the rhythm of your breath. You will leave feeling stronger, centered and refreshed. Includes all Power 1 & 2, TGIF and Saturday Night Special, each with their own special flair. 60-75-90 min
Core fusion: This practice unites us to our center – brings us home. To connect with core is a great way to build strength as well as find lightness and stability which can transform your practice! As you grow stronger, you’ll be able to move deeper into challenging poses, discover better alignment, and find your body at more ease in everyday life. 75 min.
Mudita Meditation: Guided meditation practice. We will use various methods, ending with mudita – offering Joy to all beings! 45 min.
Yoga 4 Recovery: Based on 12 step recovery, offering a meeting with movement. All recoveries, all beings seeking tools to support their daily living welcome! Donation, $5 minimum - 90 min.
Joyful Yoga: Fun-filled, power-ish class to rejuvenate and reenergize you on your mid-day break.
The Essentials: This class will cover all the bases. You will learn poses, alignment principles, styles of yoga, the language of yoga, and who knows, maybe even a bit of yoga etiquette. All levels. 75 min.
Drop in $14; 5 classes $60; 10 classes $100; 20 classes $160; Monthly unlimited $120;
