Our hope is that we can create a recovery practice to support you to experience the benefits of yoga more fully,
enrich your recovery, and create a greater connection to you!

We are offering Yoga for Recovery as a four week series. Each series will be focused around a specific recovery topic.
There are 10 spots open for each 4 week series
Investment for series: $40
2 drop in spots will be offered for each session for those that cannot make the entire series - $12 per session.
