Mornings are the opportune time to create a foundation for all of that and more! There is something very special about practicing in the morning, taking your first breaths in a conscious way. Maybe it is the quiet, or the rising, or newness, that I am held in that makes it extraordinary. Maybe it is that rising earlier, easing into the day ahead, your stress levels are lower, you think more clearly, you are more productive, and are happier overall long-term. Maybe it is the beauty in taking time for yourself, creating sacred space to shape your day, your life.

10 days of JOY!
This four-week course will give you space to start your day with ease. Each day we will use our breath (pranayama) and a meditation practice to experience being centered in your own being.
$100 for the entire four week course
The course will run every Tuesday and Thursday from 7 – 7:30 am
plus two morning emails with inspiration, guidance, contemplation
