Throughout our time together we will have time to linger in the possibility the New Year holds. Creating rituals to release what no longer serves us\, our heart will become clear. There will be time for reflection\, introspection and writing; the movement will be slow and mindful\, leading us a powerful Yoga Nidra practice.
