At Mudita we believe in treating the whole being.  We believe that massage is a perfect compliment to your yoga practice, a way to restore balance, and help you feel healthy and well.  This is more essential now than ever.

The benefits of massage are vast – increased circulation, reduced stress hormones, blood flow stimulation.  Massage helps re-align, release fascia, mobilize joints.  Your nervous system functions optimally.  Over all, your entire being, will be more relaxed, energized, and in union.  Truly in your fullness.

Whether you want deep tissue to help ease your chronic pain, or a soothing massage to create a deeper sense of relaxation, our therapists will meet your every need.  They will work collaboratively with you to create a plan of action that will allow you to be comfortable in your body.  Your whole Self being JOY!

Just as yoga practice is more beneficial when practiced on a consistent basis, massage is most effective when received regularly.  We offer discounted Massage series to make it even easier to care for YOU!

We are fortunate to have two exceptional massage therapists to offer their services at Be Joy Wellness
