About You

The barriers in the way are many. Life happens, the overwhelm, stress, anxiety hinder us living our one wild and precious life. We begin seeing life through the lens of comparison, doubt, worry. Fear becomes an everyday occurrence. Unattended to the questions get silenced. We begin to lose sight of who we are, a dullness shrouds our vibrant essence. There we are challenged to see the preciousness of life. Our human experience will have us traveling this terrain again and again.
As we traverse our path, the essential task, then, is to take action to keep the questions alive within us. The many varied practices of Yoga help us to do that.
Yoga meets us right where we are, exactly as we are. The practices will guide us home as many times as we are willing to come back to our breath, as many times as we let the question rest in our heart.
So, what is it you plan to do? I can hardly wait to see!!!

What I Offer

I am a healer, an intuitive, a yoga teacher, a believer in all things JOYful! I seek to emPower you to come home to yourself through your body. To remind you that you have everything you need inside for you to be on this journey. To be grounded and powerfully alive right where you are!

I believe in your capacity to heal, in your capacity to be intuitive, to rise to your highest potential. I will lead you to come closer to your true self, guide you to learn to live with purpose, to create meaning in the moments of your life. I will support you to rise to who you are meant to be in the world.

We will work together to find the practices that best serve your journey. You will be emPowered through being an active participant in your healing. I will be with you through it all, guiding you back to your true north, again and again.

Whether you take a class from me, join my mentorship program, or do the deep work of somatic healing, I will give you my whole heart and full presence!
