A Year of JOY!

A weekly meditation and pranayama practice, inspiration, guidance, JOY!
Tuesdays – 7 – 7:30 am
All virtual! All year long!

We will rise early, breathe, find stillness and share the energy of our practice in community. We will open to the possibility to move through our day, our week, the moments of our life with a greater sense of connection.
There is much to be gained from this experience!

Each month we will explore a new topic and allow our practice to guide us to deeper understandings, more profound wisdom.

The foundation of the practice will be elements Earth, Water, Fire, Air

Within those elements we will explore a new topic each month:

Earth -Awareness, Honesty, Gratitude

Water -Acceptance, Courage, Wisdom

Fire – Love, Compassion, Peace

Air – Forgiveness, Surrender, Joy

This weekly online course includes:

• weekly guided meditation (Tuesdays at 7 am)
• weekly email with journal prompts, affirmations, inspiration
• one half hour mentorship session (scheduled at your convenience)
• community forum to share our experiences, our joy(last Saturday of month at 4:30 pm)

The Year of Joy online was an absolute solace during a year that was difficult for everyone. Carrie ensured meeting virtually was every bit as welcoming and healing as in person. To start the day with meditation encouraged me to choose joy and to be present and mindful throughout the day and week.
