We are in a cycle of potent energy! 

Magic is sprinkled upon this time!

This energy is here to emPower you toward your most authentic self, to lead you to ground in your truth, to manifest the life you are meant to live!

To be the architect of your own life!

It would be my honor, my pleasure to have you join me for this new offering!

We will gather, circle together, in an unending, ever fluid, place to be held, to be listened to, to feel safe to be you.  We will create rituals and practices, find our breath, share stories, find a space of commonality.

We will meet four Sundays in August and September – on zoom!

In addition, there will be three in person practices – Sunrise meditation, Sunset meditation, Fall ritual.

In between our gatherings you will have action steps, contemplation, practices to keep you in the flow of the energy, in the flow of your dreams.

Through it all will find ways to

• release all that keeps you scattered, over committed, giving your power away
• create a strong scaffolding to make commitments to your highest self
• integrate your wisdom, your compassion, your potential to create the life you dream of

Over the course of two months

We will begin finding ways to embody your everyday experience, get grounded, creating rituals, make a commitment. You will discover what you need, be in tune with your emotional body, reflect on foundational questions to grow a container of self-compassion. All in the sacredness of truth, all to support your journey.

We will look at old beliefs, fears, trauma, and find antidotes to these patterns. Obtaining balance in letting go, to let in your soul’s desire, you will discover your voice, create boundaries structured on love, realize what is essential on the path to your truth!

We will invoke daily practices of deep surrender, be in the flow through radical simplification, let go of the unnecessary to find serenity in the moment. All leading to greater actions of self-discovery, self-awareness, self-emPowerment.

We will allow the circle, the practices, to create a Divine connection to you. There, aligned with your vision, embodying your truth, you will make a commitment to your journey, your life path.

Your heart clear, the channel of intuition open, you will step evolved, a new emPowered you rising!

Throughout our time together we will pause, look at what really matters to you.

There will be – Meditation, Mindfulness, Breath practices, Journal prompts, Actions steps, Inspiration for your genius to come alive!

Through bold restructuring and gentle assimilation, you will create a framework to support your own creative expression to put into words or pictures or song or dance how you will live your most empowered life.

This authentic integration will lead you to make a vow to your one wild and precious life!
