Ladies, you are cordially invited to join me in Mexico to center, connect and create a vision of life in balance. This is truly a grand adventure!

Our view, our windows will be the open, unguarded sea, our doorways the ever moving tide.

For four days Mixto will be our home – for practice, for introspection, for relaxing, for laughter, for adventure.

Held in that space, we will begin to find our ground of inquiry. The open air practices of pranayama, meditation, asana will guide us to connect to new strength, and as well new gentleness. Each will be an offering of inquiry, a space of contemplation, to uncover, to discover your truth.

Basking in the golden sunlight in the ever infinite sky, we will connect to our brilliant light, the boundless space of our heart, and find a voice that supports the natural rhythm of our being, our authenticity.

You will come away connected, enlivened, inspired!

Gratefully and humbly, I will give you my wholehearted attention and guidance to bring you to a greater place of connection.

Each day will be greeted reverently, with ritual, with breath, with yoga, filled with communing – with self, with nature, with others, with what would serve you, with practices that will create stillness and aliveness; space to encounter and unite with your true self.

There will be sacredness, playfulness, adventure and relaxation; sun worship-ing, water skipping, nature abounding; heavenly food, profound practice, deep inquiry!
We will laugh, cry, hike, swim, lounge and dance – often in the same day!

We will travel by boat from Puerto Vallarta to reach our retreat destination, Mixto.

This tropical oasis nestled in the heart of a picturesque Mexican fishing village, is designed to enhance your feeling of reconnection with nature.

We will have exclusive use of this beautiful Eco-chic boutique haven – peaceful rooms overlooking the ocean, private deck and pool, open-air Yoga shala.
