This powerfully profound meditation technique activates the parasympathetic nervous system and allows you to enter a deep state of healing.

Through this practice we will access that state between waking and sleeping where you systematically release stored physical, emotional and mental tensions. The practice helps us let go of the ways of being that are keeping us locked in the past and fearful of the future.
